This policy explains what personal information Luxury Repair LLC, operating as Wiking Repair ("we", "us"), collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to privacy@wikingrepair.com or called in to (817) 349-3876.
Information we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone number, city, appliance type and the description of the problem. A phone number is required because our coordinators respond by phone; everything else is optional.
When you simply browse the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools receive standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any health information through this website.
How we use it
- To contact you about the repair you requested and to schedule a technician.
- To keep a service record of work performed at your address.
- To measure which advertisements and pages bring in service requests.
- To comply with tax, warranty and other legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number with third-party marketers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate: our website host, the messaging service that delivers new service requests to our dispatch team, our scheduling software, and our advertising and analytics providers (including Google). These providers may process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies make the site function and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies, including those set by Google Analytics and Google Ads, are loaded only after you accept them in the consent banner, and they help us understand which campaigns produce calls and form submissions.

How long we keep it
Service request details are kept for as long as needed to perform the work and honor the warranty, and afterwards only as long as our tax and legal obligations require. Requests that never turn into a job are deleted within twenty-four months.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Write to privacy@wikingrepair.com and we will verify your identity before acting on the request.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising cookies described above, which you control through the consent banner. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging repairs for their household. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
Security
Service requests are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are visible only to our dispatch team. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the form.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on the home page.
